BYOL Episode 45 - Jay Klaitz

LOOKING BACK AT THE FUTURE (FOLK)!

This week Dave chats with actor/musician Jay Klaitz (Rock Of Ages, Lend Me A Tenor, The History of Future Folk)!

Jay is a young veteran of TV, Film, Commercials, and Broadway, and has developed a reputation as one of the funniest and most laid-back actors in New York.  He tells Dave about his southern surfer upbringing in Jacksonville, how he tried NOT to be an actor in college, what finally put him on a path to performing, his near-death encounter with the Russian mafia in Moscow, how he co-founded the band Future Folk (and talks about the film it inspired), his current gig for Burger King, and how the Squatty Potty changed his life!

Plus, Dave talks about a joke on Facebook that backfired -- painfully.

Hosted by Dave T. Koenig
